• Account information: Name, email address, phone number, studio name, and billing details provided during registration

• Communications: Emails and support tickets you send to Webvarad Solutions

Your data is retained for as long as your Trivora subscription is active. After cancellation, data is retained for 60 days to allow for account recovery or export requests. After this period, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted. To request early deletion, email trivora@webvarad.com.
