Refunds & Cancellations

Trivora is a product of Webvarad Solutions. All subscription payments are collected by Webvarad Solutions. Refunds, where applicable, are processed by Webvarad Solutions to the original payment method.

Summary

Trivora subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the platform fully, and we handle genuine cases fairly on a case-by-case basis.

1. Free Trial

All new Trivora accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the platform. No credit card is required to begin the trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe to the Basic or Premium plan. If no subscription is selected, the account will be deactivated and your data retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Trivora subscription at any time via your account settings or by emailing trivora@webvarad.com. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain full access to the Service until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made by Webvarad Solutions
  • Your data will be retained for 60 days after the billing period ends, then permanently deleted unless you request an export

3. Refund Policy

All fees paid to Webvarad Solutions are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charge: A full refund will be issued if you were charged more than once for the same billing cycle.
  • Service unavailability: If Trivora experiences verified downtime exceeding 48 continuous hours, a prorated credit will be applied to your next invoice.
  • Annual plan — first 7 days: If you subscribed to an annual plan and cancel within the first 7 days, you are eligible for a refund of the remaining unused months, minus one month charged at the standard monthly rate.

4. Plan Downgrades

You may downgrade from Premium to Basic at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference in price during the current billing period.

5. Plan Upgrades

Upgrading from Basic to Premium takes effect immediately. A prorated charge for the remainder of the current billing cycle will be collected by Webvarad Solutions at the time of the upgrade.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting Webvarad Solutions may result in immediate suspension of your account. We encourage you to reach out to us first — most billing issues are resolved quickly and fairly.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact Webvarad Solutions within 14 days of the charge by emailing trivora@webvarad.com with your account email address and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

8. Changes to this Policy

Webvarad Solutions may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
